Meet the Founder
Nanthini Sathasivam is a strategic, people-centered HR architect with 29+ years’ experience across leading global hospitality brands (Plaza Premium Group, Dusit, Shangri‑La, Emaar, Nikki Beach EMEA and more). Trained as an Associate Chartered Accountant (CAANZ) and honed by auditing and analytics, she pairs financial rigor with deep human insight to diagnose the real drivers of turnover and performance: leadership, experience and culture. Nanthini designs learning and people processes that are anything but checkbox exercises - L&D under her guidance is embedded, measurable and business‑aligned, rewiring how leaders lead, teams collaborate and talent grows. Her track record includes creating scalable learning frameworks, culture transformations and KPI‑driven HR strategies that reduce attrition, lift engagement, handling conversations many leaders dread to have, indulges on elevating the game in Hospitality Service Culture and Complaint Handling and strengthen talent pipelines. As a globetrotting practitioner across the Americas, EMEA, Asia and Oceania, she brings a global mindset and evidence‑based methods that she tailors for local relevancy and sustainability - so organisations benefit from world-class practice adapted to their context.
